christina and i packed her stuff into my car at 6 am. we headed back over the bay bridge and down the 5 stopping at denny's for breakfast and later at trader joes in san dimas for her to pick up some food to bring to her grandma's.
angela and i picked up christina at the berkeley bart station. the three of us, together again for the first time in over a year, had yummy brunch at saul's in berkeley then dropped angela off at the airport. christina and i stopped at the albany apartment so i could grab my plastic baggie of film which i never did use because it started to rain. we drove over the bay bridge to yohei's cool loft in the mission. he drove us to fillmore and we went resale shopping. i stopped into papyrus to pick up a thank you gift for amanda and milan (some bollywood postcards) then we went to hayes and tucked ourselves into the red womb inside of fritz' fries while the downpour had its way on the pavement. we went to a very crowded trader joes and picked up food for dinner. christina and i watched the oscars while yohei cooked a scrumptious meal and christina's friend and cousin showed up to join us. just before the big awards were announced, i checked out to drop off some videos at brian's place then drove back to albany to hang out with amanda and pick up my stuff. i drove back to the mission and crashed at around midnight.
after my fashion photo class, i drove up to silverlake to pick up angela. we drove up the 5 and eventually ended up at amanda and milan's apartment in albany. we were foiled in our attempts to get in-n-out and later vietnamese in oakland for dinner and ended up at a thai restaurant in berkeley. after dropping off our stuff at the sevaks' place, she and i went to the paragon bar at the claremont to sip some mojitos.
